Hi All,

   In Calc, When I selected only one cell and I want to move data in this cell
to other. I click mouse to border of cell but I can not drag-drop this cell to
anywhere. In Excel, I can do it.

   I have a patch for fix this issue and attact this patch to you.

The patch isn't completely correct: It selects the cell also if the mouse is
just outside of it, but drag&drop isn't started then.

But more importantly, such changed behavior needs to be defined (specified)
first. This solution would leave us with a mix of normal "drag the selection"
and Excel's "drag the border" behavior. I'm not sure if that is what we want.

The patch won't be used, so it's enough to have issue 10865 open, which covers
the same subject.
