Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 97733
errors counted as 0 by countif(...,"=0)
Last modified: 2017-05-20 11:11:18 UTC
Consider e.g. a spreadsheet with just: =1/0 0 1 =COUNTIF(A1:A3;"=0") The result in the fourth cell is 2. Excel gives 0, which seems more natural to me. (Noticed importing from an excel spreadsheet to Mac OpenOffice; reproduced OO behavior on a Ubuntu system.)
Created attachment 59119 [details] testcase
(Err, sorry, I meant to say the result in the Excel case is 1, not 0.)
The result of course should be 1 and not 2.
Loaded testcase with 3.1.1 (from Ubuntu Karmic's openoffice-calc version 1:3.1.1-5ubuntu1), and it still gives the incorrect result (2).
Please don't fiddle with the version field, it indicates for which version an issue was reported first. Thanks.
